Saffron brings gourmet Indian dining experience to the triangle presented in an elegantly modern ambience. Saffron's executive chef got his start at Bhukara (voted number one Indian restaurant in the world) and most recently worked at a top Indian restaurant in New York City. He has been ranked as being an "outstanding achiever in the culinary arts" by the American Culinary Association. Saffron offers authentic delicacies from many different regions of India paired with painstakingly selected 95 different wines.
In an exclusive dinner event, Sonu Nigam dined at Saffron following his concert at the RBC Center . In the highest profile Indian event to be ever held in the RTP area, Sonu wowed the local Indian community with his hit songs in a 3 hour concert. Approximately 4,000 people attended the concert. Immediately after the concert, Sonu mingled around with select guests at Saffron. When asked about the food, Sonu said very simply "Food is fantastic".
